Yall, 2 years ago these cuties said “I do”. I have been wanting to share with you some of the shots from David & Whitney’s classic styled wedding… and their anniversary is the perfect occasion! I met Whitney at The Hills Church years ago, when I first decided to embark on my journey with God. She was instantly kind, funny and welcoming to me. I didn’t know much about God back then, but looking back today I can tell you without a doubt that she mirrored Jesus in the way she interacted with me. Wedding days rarely go as expected or planned, and this one was no exception! There was a moment when we were uncertain about the arrival of her bouquet, and she calmly said to me “Oh well, It looks like I won’t have one as I walk down the isle. Im still getting married”. This moment spoke volumes to me, because It wasn’t about the all the carefully chosen details in the end. It was about her marrying the man of her dreams.

Thankfully, the flowers did make an appearance and were just as beautiful as she envisioned. David + Whitney are just two years into forever. Two years and thousands of memories and lots of mutual weirdness (as they say). I am so thankful today to be surrounded by so many God filled marriages that are not just ‘surviving’ but thriving. Thank you for having me be apart of the start of your family legacy, to Mr. & Mrs. Renner!
