Highlight of my week: When I was a kiddo, my parents would take my sister and I to the Fort Worth zoo. I remember walking in, and immediately running to the right. Baboons, Gorillas, Chimpanzee galore. Most of the time, at least one of them was doing something photo worthy. Rounding the corner, Hippos, Elephants, Giraffes… I can remember it vividly. As if It was yesterday. My friend and I took her 9 month old to the zoo for the first time. It has been years since I have stepped foot inside, and all the memories came rushing back. We didn’t get to stay very long, but It was still nonetheless a wonderful time.

Yes, I did this:
– Took photos of said 9 month old in a field of bluebonnets. So much fun!
– I may or may not have been doing something I shouldn’t have been doing, swinging upside on the rings at CrossFit and fell off said rings. I may or may not have hurt myself bad enough to feel the need to see a chiropractor. I have been putting this off for months for various reasons, but Im happy that I have a push now to finally go on a consistent basis.
– Layed in bed most of the week. It hurt to edit. It hurt to sit. Everything besides being asleep was uncomfortable. Maybe its a sign to take it easy for awhile.
